design drafting services

For simpler projects and where the budget doesn’t allow for a full Design and Documentation service, Aspect offers a “design drafting service”.

This provides the same level of expertise in the design concept to ensure the best unique solution is achieved for your requirements and budget and then follows by the production of working drawings which can be submitted to council for Development Approval and Construction Certificates or for the Builder to quote the construction.

The owner will need to coordinate other consultants which may be required by Council and also do the submission to Council.

Design and Drafting fees for this more limited service is at a cost of $10 / m2 for Concept Design and a further $10 / m2 for working drawings to submit to Council for Development Approval. Half of the Design Fee is payable as a deposit prior to commencement and then the balance at the completion of each stage.
